B4 Park Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good and the hotel facilities were great. We especially appreciated the convenient parking option. The location of the hotel, directly across from a park and close to the beach, was perfect for us. It was also a short walk to the old town area, where we found plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy. the staff at the hotel provided excellent service and were very helpful.

Nothing could have been better.

Location is good, near restaurants and shopping streets. close to the promenade and the beach. Room had clean towels and bed sheets.

Room was old and in poor condition – mold in bathroom, peeling paint on walls, stains on carpet. Noisy on some nights, couldn't sleep.

The room was bigger than rooms we had stayed in at other hotels. The location was great, being so close to the promenade and overlooking a quiet park. The staff were friendly and attentive. The standard of the hotel facilities was also of a high standard. The hotel was very good value for money.

Great room, very spacious and comfortable, great veiw and very centrally located.

the breakfast in the downstairs dining room was great, with a wide selection of pastries, breads, cheeses, and meats. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

excellent location, in the middle of all the action, we arrived on the 14th of july.. the lady receptionist was very nice and friendly, she even upgraded us to a junior suite which was really spacious.we had an amazing view on the garden and the sea.. the fireworks at night were exactly in front of us, it was really beautiful.

we had an A/C problem.. the suite was quite spacious and the air condition in the bedroom side was not working..unfortunatly it was a public holiday and a week end so they couldnt solve the problem during our 3days stay.. but one of the staff was kind enough to get us a fan which was ok.

The location was superb

The fact that this is a 4 star hotel I would have expected a bit more of the room and the facilities of the hotel. No mini bar, the room service from 18:00-22:00(!), the coffee at the breakfast that seemed very old and re-heated. No slippers in the room and we had to ask 2x for them. No wireless internet and the broadband in the hotel was extremely slow and you will get kicked out after 30 minutes. The hotel staff did not know the area very well. I would recommend a hotel, but not as a 4 star. I think those who have travelled around will have different expectations of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel facilities are out of dated, I booked sea fiew room, but there are tall trees in front of the balcony, you can hardly see the sea, I booked three dayes in Booked.net, but I only lived there one night and moved the the Meridian hotel, for the one night the price they charged is the same as the hotel front desk room rate, although I booked in Booking .com, I did not enjoyed a penny cheap than their current room rate.

Good rooms if you pay for a sea view

Location, near the beach, and shops. Car parking, and up until this recent trip, Good Value for money.

We have been regular satisfied customers at this Hotel, many times. However! On this occasion, the room we were allocated was very small, no room to store cases, no drawer space at all, no vanity mirror, and to top it all, No Hot Water every morning. To makes matters worse, there was no shower screen, and after running the water for 15 minutes, in an attempt to have a lukewarm shower the bathroom floor was awash!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, near restaurants and the old town and market.

Very meagre breakfast (e.g.no fresh fruit, and very limited selection otherwise). Poorly designed, and almost unusable shower (without flooding the bathroom).

The location to the beach, shopping and cafes was excellent.

There was nice view from window facing park and sea!

Barthroom has a bit outdated tile
